What software do I need to use these mockups?
To insert your own artwork into the Photo mockups, you can use Photoshop or Photopea (a free online resource - photopea.com). However, video mockups are only compatible with Photoshop (specifically the Timeline panel).
Are these compatible with Canva?
No. Canva does not support layered PSD files or Smart Objects, so these mockups cannot be used in Canva.
What artwork sizes and ratios do these mockups support?
Every mockup includes a white mat/border that can be toggled on and off, so multiple ratios fit well, including 3:4, 2:3, and DIN A sizes.
Can I use these mockups to sell my own artwork or prints?
Yes! Your purchase includes a commercial license allowing you to use the mockups for: product listings, social media, ads, websites and marketing materials.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the mockup files themselves.
How will I receive my files after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a PDF with a link to download your zipped file which contains:
- PSD file(s)
- Instruction guide (PDF)
- Any additional assets for that bundle
No physical product will be shipped.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, but only if the files have not been downloaded. Once any purchased files have been downloaded, the sale is final.
