Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at LAYR Mockups. Because our products are digital downloads (including PSD files, PNG/JPG files, and video mockups), refunds work a little differently than physical goods.
Digital products: all sales are final
Refunds may be requested only if the files have not been downloaded. Once any purchased files have been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund can be issued.
If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or receive a corrupted file, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
When we’ll make it right (support first, refund when appropriate)
If something is genuinely wrong, contact us and we’ll help. Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement file and/or issue a refund to your original payment method when appropriate.
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

Corrupted or defective file
The file won’t open, is incomplete, or is clearly broken. -
Wrong file delivered
You received a file that doesn’t match what you purchased. -
Duplicate purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once. In that case, we’ll refund the duplicate purchase(s) to the original payment method. -
Major technical issue we can’t resolve
If we can’t reasonably help you access or use the file as described on the product page.
What is not eligible for a refund
Refunds are not offered for:

Change of mind or no longer needing the file

Not reading the product description, requirements, or usage notes

Purchasing a product that requires software you do not have

Incompatibility due to your device/software not meeting the listed requirements

Lack of experience using required software/tools

Expecting features, file types, or variations not stated on the product page
Important software requirement (Photoshop)
Many LAYR Mockups products require Adobe Photoshop (and for video mockups, Photoshop Timeline) to edit and export. If Photoshop is listed as required on the product page, not having Photoshop is not grounds for a refund.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours (business days).
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you run into an issue, please contact us first — we’re happy to help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to downloads and restrictions on future purchases.
EU/UK digital content notice
If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have consumer rights for digital purchases. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and waive any applicable “cooling-off” right once download/access begins, where allowed by law.
