These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LAYR Mockups website and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

1) Digital products and delivery

LAYR Mockups sells digital downloads (including PSD files, PNG/JPG files, and video mockups). No physical item is shipped.

After checkout, you will receive access to download your files via the checkout confirmation page and/or email. It is your responsibility to download and store your files promptly.

2) Software requirements

Some products require Adobe Photoshop to use. Video mockups may require Photoshop Timeline to edit and export.

Software requirements are listed on each product page. By purchasing, you confirm you have the required software and ability to use it.

3) License and permitted use

When you purchase a product from LAYR Mockups, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own business or personal projects, subject to the restrictions below.

You may:

Use the mockups to present your own artwork/designs for marketing, product listings, social media, and client previews
Edit the files for your own use (e.g., swap artwork, adjust colors, resize within the template’s design limits)

4) Prohibited use

You may not:

Resell, share, sublicense, gift, or redistribute the files (original or modified)
Upload the files to any “freebie,” resource, download, template, or asset-sharing site
Claim the mockups (or any part of them) as your own work or offer them as your own templates
Use the files in a way that allows others to extract, download, or reuse the template assets (for example, packaging them as part of a template bundle)
Use the products for unlawful purposes

5) Accountability and file security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your download links, files, and account access. If you believe your purchase was accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.

6) Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our items are digital downloads, all sales are final once files are accessed or downloaded, except where we determine a refund is appropriate under the Refund Policy.

7) Intellectual property

All products and content on this site—including mockup designs, templates, graphics, preview images, videos, text, branding, and documentation—are owned by LAYR Mockups and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the product under these Terms.

8) Product previews and accuracy

We work to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary by monitor, device, and software. Product previews are for demonstration purposes and represent the intended use of the mockup.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAYR Mockups will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAYR Mockups from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
