What’s included with this product?
This purchase includes the PSD file(s), the supporting video/still-frame assets required for the mockup to function properly, and a clear, step-by-step PDF tutorial.
How do I get my files after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a PDF download guide. Inside the PDF is a secure Google Drive link where you can download all included files.
What software do I need?
Video mockups require Adobe Photoshop using the Timeline panel. Photo mockups can be edited in any app that supports Smart Objects, including Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, and Photopea (a free web-based alternative).
What sizes and aspect ratios are supported?
Supported sizes and aspect ratios vary by mockup. Please check the product page for the exact orientation(s) and output formats included.
Can I use these mockups to sell my own art/prints?
Yes — you can use LAYR Mockups to showcase and market your own artwork and products across platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and social media.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, as long as the files have not been downloaded yet. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We want you to be completely happy with your mockups.
Note: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis after download.
What support do you offer if I run into issues?
Email us with your order number, product name, and a quick description of the issue. We typically respond within 24–48 hours (business days).
Photo Mockups
What file types are included for photo mockups?
Photo mockups are delivered as PSD file(s), along with any required supporting assets and a PDF tutorial.
Are photo mockups Smart Object PSDs or flattened images?
Our photo mockups are designed to be easy to use and typically rely on Smart Objects. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
What artwork resolution should I use for best results?
For the sharpest results, use high-resolution artwork whenever possible. As a general rule, larger source files produce cleaner, more realistic output—especially for close-up scenes.
Do I need to match the exact aspect ratio, or will it crop/fit automatically?
No you don't need to match the exact aspect ratio. Within the Smart Object you will be able to resize your artwork if it doesn't fit exactly.
Can I change frame color, mat color, or backgrounds?
Editability varies by mockup. Some elements may be editable, while others are baked into the scene for realism. Check the product page for details on what’s customizable.
Video Mockups
What file types are included for video mockups?
Video mockups include PSD file(s) plus any required supporting video/still-frame assets and a PDF tutorial to guide you through editing and export.
Are video mockups editable in Photoshop, or pre-rendered videos?
Our video mockups are designed to be edited in Adobe Photoshop using the Timeline panel so you can insert your artwork into the scene.
Do video mockups include sound?
No — our video mockups are delivered without audio so you can add your own music or platform-native sound.
How long is each video, and what resolution is included?
The product page will list the included video length and export specs where applicable.
Bundles
What’s included in a bundle (how many mockups and variations)?
Bundles include multiple mockups packaged together for better value. Photo bundles include 10 photo mockups, and video bundles include 4 video mockups (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Can I buy items from a bundle individually?
Some mockups may be available individually, but availability can vary. If you don’t see a specific scene listed as a standalone product, it may be bundle-only.
Can I upgrade from a single mockup to the bundle later?
At this time, we don’t offer automatic upgrade credits. If you have a special situation, feel free to email us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Licensing + Team Use
Can I use these for unlimited projects and client work?
Yes — you can use your purchase for your own marketing and client work. The license is for usage, not redistribution.
Can I use these to market print-on-demand listings (Etsy/Shopify/POD)?
Yes. These mockups are made for product listings, ads, and social content across platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and POD storefronts.
Can I share files with a VA/designer or team member?
You may share files internally only with someone working directly on your brand (for example, a designer or VA). You may not share or distribute the files beyond your team or to other businesses.
Can I resell or redistribute these files (even if modified)?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, or share LAYR Mockups files in any form, including modified versions.
